How does payment work?

You pay a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, securely online. The remaining 50% is due 2 months before departure. All prices are per person and include VAT.

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

A 50% deposit secures your spot. You can cancel free of charge up to 4 months before departure and get your deposit back in full. Between 4 and 2 months before departure, the 50% deposit is the cancellation fee. From 2 months before departure the remaining 50% is due and cancellation is no longer possible, as the courts, hotel and coaches are then reserved for you.

Can we each have our own room?

Yes. In the booking form you set that per room: two travellers sharing a twin, or each of them in a room of their own. The supplement for single use is shown live while you choose, and you can mix — one pair sharing and two people on their own is no problem.

Question 4

We are coming with an odd number, how does that work?

Accepted Answer

Rooms sleep two, so with an odd number one traveller has a twin to themselves and pays the single supplement. The form works that out for you and shows what it costs before you pay anything.

Question 5

Why do you ask for everyone’s name?

The hotel registers rooms by name, so we pass on who sleeps where. Write the names as they appear on the passport. We use them for your booking and nothing else.

Question 6

Can I choose my hotel?

Yes. You pick your hotel yourself, right on this page: choose your weekend first, then the hotel. Which hotels are available differs per weekend, and so does the price, so you see straight away what your choice costs. Your booking is confirmed with that hotel.

Question 7

What is included, and what is not?

Included: 4 nights with breakfast, the tourist tax, your padel programme, all transfers between hotel and club, and our on-call service. Not included: flights, and lunches and dinners (except where stated). Flights to and from Ibiza are arranged by travellers themselves.

How many players join a weekender?

Each weekender is a small group, with a maximum of 14 players. You can book for 1 to 14 people per booking. In the rare case a weekend doesn’t go ahead, we move you to another date or refund you in full.

What level do I need to play?

Accepted Answer

All levels are welcome, from improving beginners to advanced players. The island’s English-speaking coaches tailor the training and the mini-tournament so everyone has a great time on court.

Question 10

Are there activities besides padel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alongside the padel you can add extras from our local partners, such as a fat-bike tour, a hike, a boat rental, dinners or club nights. Just let us know and we arrange it for you.

Is travel insurance included?

No, travel insurance isn’t included, so please arrange your own cover before you travel.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3 to 9 months ahead, so we can secure your spot, the courts and the hotel.

Can I make changes after confirmation?
